New Moon Meditation and Drum Wash
ARE YOU ready to transform any old energy into new and expansive energy?
WHAT: Come for an evening with Brittani and Maria. The evening will start with a sacred sage ceremony, which cleanses our body, mind and spirit. You will then experience a drum wash. The beat of the drum is a sacred way to connect to the heartbeat of Mother Earth. In this process, you will visualize releasing any energy you no longer wish to hold or carry. We will then perform a New Moon ceremony with setting intentions of what new expansive energy you would like to feel. We will then finish with a High vibrational Guided sound healing meditation, with the use of singing bowls.

As we continue to evolve and expand our energy and awareness into new dimensions, it is super helpful to have the basic knowledge of our energy and chakra system.
This webinar will give you the information of the 7 main chakras and a little beyond. We will talk about the colors associated, the physical areas of the body they correlate with, as well as how to tell if they are blocked or not. And easy ways to get the energy to flow.
The class will end with a guided meditation to get the energy flowing through out the chakras.

Ignite the Light of your Soul: 28 days of Mindfulness and Meditation
CONNECT to your heart center with mindfulness and meditation. Within your heart center is YOUR true essence, YOUR soul self. Take time each day to connect to this soul self. Through mindfulness and meditation, you will ignite the light of your soul.
JOIN me for 28 days of Mindfulness and Meditation. We will gather on ZOOM on four Sundays to talk about the following lessons and enjoy and guided meditation. Each webinar will take place Sunday evenings at 7 pm cst. Can’t join each Sunday? No problem. Each webinar will be recorded and sent out to the attendees on Monday morning.
Each week we will cover different ways to be more mindful and more aware of how you can ignite the light of your soul and connect to your heart space.
Module 1: MIND~What is MINDfulness and how to incorporate it into your daily practice. This will cover your MIND and being more present.
Module 2: SPIRIT~ How to align to your heart center. What does it feel like to be in alignment with your true soul self. Ways to detect if you are in or out of alignment.
Module 3: BODY~ Mindfulness and how it is related to your physical self. Being aware of your BODY. What you are feeding it and how you are moving your body.
Module 4: How to bring it ALL together; Mind, Body and Spirit. Creating the LIFE you want when you are in alignment with your SOUL self. Igniting that LIGHT within for full balance.
In addition, you will receive the recorded zoom webinar {to watch as much as you’d like} with a follow up email that will include affirmations and journal prompts to use for that week.

Open House
Join me on Small Business Saturday for an Open House at Healing Love and Light. I will be demonstrating my services as well as have products and gift certificates available for purchase. Come enjoy and yummy drink and appetizers.
Raise Your Vibration and Use Your Intuition
Come together and join with other like minded individuals. We will start by doing a short meditation to align and raise our vibrations. We will be working as a group to test our own intuitive abilities.
To this event you will need to bring a picture of a loved one in an envelope as well as a small trinket in a paper bag.
We will be using these items to “test” our abilities in the group setting. Looking forward to this fun evening of using, sharing, and opening up our gifts.

Introduction to Chakras
Join together for an evening of learning and exploring the chakras. We will start by taking an in depth look at each chakra. Then we will do a guided meditation to align each chakra. As we are doing meditation I will be coming along to do energy work with clearing and balancing any chakras that need it. Cost of this class is $25. Full Moon Meditation and Release
Join me in a full moon meditation and release. We will gather around and focus on doing a full moon meditation. We will also do a release of what is no longer serving us. Cost is $15 and location will be at my home in Prescott, WI
Psychic and Wellness Fair
Join me and other wonderful vendors at the Psychic Fair at No Knots Massage in Saint Paul Park, MN. This event will be on Friday August 17th from 5-9pm and again on Saturday August 18th from 10-6pm. This is during the St. Paul Park Heritage Days festival. I will be offering Oracle card readings so stop by and check it out!
Meditation Gathering
We will join together as a group to be lead into a meditation. I will do some guiding into the meditation and then we will just enjoy silence and focus on our breath and the sounds around us. We will have some time to reflect together and time to reflect. Weather permitting we will be meeting at the Prescott Beach, so please bring a chair, towel or blanket to sit on. If it is raining we will be meeting at my home in Prescott.
