We will meet once a month on zoom to experience an expansive practice. Each practice will be announced at the first of the month and the zoom will take place the second Wednesday of each month at 7 pm.

Also within our Facebook group, you will be able to connect with the other members in the group and share experiences with one another.

Once a month I will host a Facebook LIVE where I will answer any Q & A and at the first of the month, I will share a guided meditation recorded by me.
