New Year, New Mindset
Happy New Year Everyone and Happy New Decade.
This time of year a lot of people jump on the “New Year, New You” train. In my opinion when I read the whole, “New Year, New You” slogan it makes me feel like I have to become someone new. And quite frankly, I really like the me that I am! But I also know that there is always room for improvements or shifts in the me that I am. And I also know that shifting into an expanded version of me is inevitable.
So here is the spin that I am taking on the New Year train. I want you all to step more into your true, authentic version of YOU! And that is why I am bringing to you, “New Year, New Mindset.” This Program is designed to keep things rather simple, to help you look at things with an open heart, an open mind, and hopefully bring about those suddle shifts you might be looking for.

I am so excited to be launching a 3-week program starting on January 12- February 2nd.

We will be covering a whole array of topics that will align your mind, body and soul; with an emphasis on Mindset. Here is how the three weeks will breakdown.
Week #1: Grounding and Protection tools. Why it is important to group, protect and CONNECT to your physical body each day.
Week #2: Mindset. How our thoughts create our reality and how to redirect our thoughts, our energy and focus. How this truly shapes who we our with our mind.
Week #3: Spiritual alignment. How to navigate our very spiritual selves in this physical dimension and how we can align and connect to the spiritual realms.
Each week you will receive an email on Sunday evening with a short introduction to the topic and a guided meditation for the week. You will be a part of a private community. On Wednesday evenings at 8 pm I will host a Facebook Live event where we will discuss the topic of the week and have an open forum for discussion and questions.
